Having skipped over the second round of the Blancpain Endurance Series at Silverstone due to the clash with the awesome FIA World Rallycross Championship’s only visit to the UK this year – I was keen to return to the GT racing at the very unique Circuit Paul Ricard in the South of France. The race itself was an evening race, so started at around 7:00PM local French time and finished 3 hours later.
It was great to see these fantastic GT3 cars racing into the darkness at one of the most exotic locations for a racing circuit. I hope you enjoy me images from the third round of the championship – I’ll be back with this championship for it’s blue riband event at Spa Francorchamps for the TOTAL 24 Hours of Spa.
Next up for me is the Blancpain Sprint Series at the Dutch circuit, Zandvoort, this weekend.
